How It Works – Warehouse Max
Warehouse Max transforms inventory counting in warehouses and distribution centers with an innovative solution that combines advanced drone technology and an intuitive data analysis platform. Our system is designed to deliver accurate, real-time inventory counts with maximum safety—even though our drone is not yet autonomous.
1. Planning and Setup
Before operation, our team conducts a thorough assessment of the environment. We define key parameters such as the area to be mapped, item arrangement, and warehouse conditions to ensure the system is tailored to each client’s specific needs.

2. Operation of User-Friendly Drones
Our drone is equipped with 360° sensors that prevent collisions in any direction, ensuring maximum safety during operation. Although the drone is currently manually piloted, it has been designed for simple operation, allowing anyone even with limited technical expertise to safely navigate it within the warehouse.
3. Data Collection and Processing
As the drone operates, it captures accurate information regarding the location and quantity of stored items. This data is transmitted in real time to our platform, where advanced algorithms process it to generate digital inventory maps and identify any discrepancies.

4. Analysis and Reporting
The Warehouse Max platform features intuitive dashboards and detailed reports, enabling managers to monitor item quantities, locations, and performance metrics. This clear visualization supports swift and strategic decision-making.

5. Integration and Future Automation with the Rover
Currently, the operation relies on manual piloting; however, we are developing full automation in conjunction with our Rover a fully autonomous solution being produced in partnership with SENAI. The Rover, scheduled for launch in the second half of 2025, will automatically integrate data collection and analysis, further enhancing efficiency and safety in inventory management.

Benefits of Our Method:
- Accuracy and Safety: 360° sensor-equipped drones ensure exact counts and prevent collisions, even during manual operation.
- Time and Cost Efficiency: Our technology minimizes the need for intensive manual labor, significantly reducing operational costs and time.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Real-time dashboards and reports empower managers to make informed decisions promptly.
- Future Automation: Our collaborative development with SENAI for an autonomous Rover paves the way for a fully automated inventory management system.
